As a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our people and culture initiatives with our overall business strategy. You'll be the go-to expert for our managers and employees across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidanceTalent Acquisition and Management: Partner with hiring managers for top talent recruitmentEmployee Relations: Resolve complex employee relations issues Investigate and address workplace complaintsTraining and Development: Identify training needs and support program designChange Management: Lead change efforts for organisational changesHR Analytics and Reporting: Use HR data for process improvementCompliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws. The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of our organisation.
